Apsley Marina is the basin off the Grand Union Canal where the old paper mills used to be, a couple of minutes from Apsley station. People walk the towpath through it, meet at the places round the water and cut through it on the way home. For Apsley and Nash Mills it is the bit of the canal everyone means when they say down by the water.
